Eating fruits in large quantities can be harmful, especially if consumed in the evening, said Dr. Dzhanan Karatay known for the diet “Karatay”, which she evolved. It argues that amount of the fruit eaten should be cautious, because, according to her, the fruit sugar is one of the causes of fat in the liver. People with health problems, claims Karatay should be careful of the amount of fructose in fruits.
- The amount of eaten fruit, time and manner of their consumption actually makes healthy or unhealthy for our body. Fruit sugar and any other sugar can be “sweet poison”. Because it should never be consumed in excessive amounts, especially at night. For example, eating a banana in the autumn or winter as a breakfast provides that you won’t consume other sweets throughout the day is healthy. However, eating a banana in the evening or at bedtime turns into fat because it is unhealthy, says Karatay.
She also noted that instead of heavy meals for lunch, the human body is healthy when eating walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, and consuming orange or tangerine. However, Karatay emphasizes that the consumption of juice drained from a few oranges or tangerines is not recommended because because glycerin quickly enters the bloodstream and also increases the level of sugar in the blood.
